Got my brakes done by dealership the day before, heard a strange rattling sound coming from wheels then all of a sudden lost brakes on the left hand side, luckily I was at the retail park and made it over to singers, guys got me straight onto the ramp and pointed out that there was bolts missing from my brake caliper, allowed me to take photos for evidence, replaced the bolts and didn’t charge a penny for it, was in and out within 10 minutes

Outstanding customer service

Popped in last week to ask if they could help me with my break light. The man helped me unscrew the light and change the bulb free of charge. Will deffo use them in the future for paid work.

Excellent customer service. I ordered online yesterday. Turned up today to leave 2 wheels and the tyres had already been delivered.
Special mention to Dan for fitting the tyres and carrying from/to boot of my car.

The staff at this garage are so helpful and obliging.
When the struts on my car boot failed, they told me where to get replacements and then fitted them immediately.
Thank you guys. You are stars!
